Family-focused climate action, Rooting out climate change from home

Uganda continues to grapple with the effects of climate change like drought, floods, and deforestation, which result from human activities starting at the family level. Betty Amongi, the Minister for Gender Labour, has called on families to spearhead the protection of the environment against climate change at the commemoration of World Family Day.
