Family forced to spend Christmas apart due to war in Ukraine

In April 2022 Maryna Poltavska and her two sons left Ukraine and moved to the UK as part of the homes for Ukraine scheme. However her husband Sergiy still remains in Ukraine as an interpreter. The family won't be spending Christmas together but Sky News bought the family together virtually ahead of the festive season.
