Family says Airbnb rental looked like it was “abandoned," claimed not as advertised

A Kelowna, B.C., family says an Airbnb stay in Langley, B.C., was not even close to as advertised, and they're warning others to do their due diligence before booking on the site. Jeannine Little says there were trenches in front of the house, peeling paint everywhere, and that the house was basically empty. Global News tried reaching out to the Airbnb host who wouldn't take our calls, and the listing has since been removed. Janet Brown has the story.
