Family sues CTA after worker charged in death of man at South Loop subway station

The family of Kevin Powell is suing the CTA after an employee was charged in the man’s death a Chicago subway platform. The worker is accused of brutally beating Powell and tossing him down the stairs of a downtown subway station, where he was found by police and later pronounced dead. NBC 5’s Kye Martin has the story.
