Fans of singer Liam Payne hold overnight vigil outside hotel where star was found dead

Fans of One Direction singer Liam Payne lit candles and put up posters at an overnight vigil outside the Buenos Aires hotel where the star was found dead a day earlier after falling from his third-room balcony, according to Argentine police. One fan, Ernesto Sanchez, said he was thinking of Payne's loved ones during the vigil. "I'm still so tired that I can't even understand why I'm here and what I'm doing here, I think it's going to take me a while to accept all this," said another fan Micaela Ibertis. In a statement, the capital police said they were called to the hotel in the capital's Palermo neighborhood where they were notified of an "aggressive man who could be under the effects of drugs and alcohol". The hotel manager said he heard a loud noise at the back of the hotel, and when police arrived they found that a man had fallen over the balcony in his room, the statement said. - Report from Reuters
