‘Far more complex’: Donald Trump causing Justin Trudeau’s resignation dismissed

University of Ottawa Professor of Public Affairs Patrick Fafard dismisses claims of US President-elect Donald Trump being the cause of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s resignation. “The problems facing Justin Trudeau and his government are far more deep and far more complex than what Donald Trump tweets,” Mr Fafard told Sky News Australia. “There are some structural issues that need to be addressed and Donald Trump is just having a good time poking at all sorts of people including Canada.”
