Farmers get advice on boosting milk production

As dairy farmers continue to struggle financially to meet milk production demands, international veterinarian Dr. Esteban Paniagua is in Barbados to see how he can help. The Costa Rican dairy production specialist is doing a survey of dairy farms to understand their deficiencies and is making recommendations on how the operational efficiency of the farms can be improved.
