Muhammad Syafie Ismail was charged on Thursday (Apr 25) over a fatal accident in Tampines that involved six vehicles. The 42-year-old was handed four charges, including one count of dangerous driving causing death. The accident on Monday led to the deaths of 17-year-old Temasek Junior College student Afifah Munirah Muhammad Azril and 57-year-old pest control company employee Norzihan Juwahib.
