Fazal Karim remembered as a visionary

Former Government Minister, Fazal Karim, is being remembered as a visionary and one of the best politicians in this country. Karim passed away peacefully on Sunday night after battling cancer. His colleagues, including Opposition Leader Kamla Persad Bissessar, say he will always be remembered for his passion for tertiary education in this country. Rhondor Dowlatt reports.
