Feel Good Moment - Popo La

Family and friends of long-time Spring Avenue Fishing Village in Maracas Bay resident, Popo La recounted how much she advocated for better access to her home. Popo La has since passed away, but her advocacy has not gone in vain. Twenty-two families now benefit from a newly paved concrete road constructed by the National Commission for Self-Help Limited.
