Festival season message - Police & Minister Balaam warn youths against drugs during festival sea

The police have issued a warning to all those, particularly the youth, who engage in the sale and consumption of drugs during the festive season. This message was conveyed by Deputy Police Spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan, Luke Oweyesigyire, during a press conference with the Minister for Youth, Balaam Ateenyi Barugahara, held in Kampala.
