Fewer than 1 in 4 Singaporeans know what goes into a balanced meal: FairPrice study

Most Singaporeans don't really know what makes a healthy diet. A study by FairPrice found that while most agree a healthy meal is a balanced one, less than a quarter actually know what goes into making a balanced diet. To get more Singaporeans eating well -- especially those in need -- FairPrice Group will conduct a six-week food donation drive with 10 charity partners. Nasyrah Rohim reports.
