Filipino restaurant owner opens donation hub to aid LA fire victims and first responders

Charina Vergara, the owner of Tito's Bistro and Restaurant, opened a donation hub for victims of the ongoing wildfire in Los Angeles County along with other Filipino-Americans in West Covina. According to a post on the restaurant's social media page, "The donations will be brought to the Hilton Garden Inn in Pomona, which is housing 175 families greatly affected by the Eaton Fire." Firefighters are also being provided with complimentary pizza as a token of the community's appreciation for their service.
