First Lady launches emerging leaders program - Program hinged on character and integrity building

The First Lady, Janet Kataaha Museveni, has officially launched the Emerging Leaders Program, at a ceremony held at Makerere University. According to the First Lady, the program is designed to ensure that university graduates possess the necessary character to successfully navigate life’s challenges post-campus.
