Five member states sign IGAD movement protocols

Five countries in the IGAD member states have signed the charter on the free movement of persons, which will eventually embrace 11 countries. The Foreign Affairs Minister, Gen. Jeje Odongo, signed on behalf of Uganda along with other countries like Sudan, South Sudan, the Federal Republic of Somalia, and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
