Flood clean-up continues in Diego Martin

Diego Martin residents are estimating thousands of dollars in damage as flood clean-up continues. On Saturday, minutes of rainfall flooded homes with some residents estimating more than three-feet of water. While some blame improper disposal of garbage, others point fingers at the development on the hills in the area. But, the MP has a different explanation for the floods. Carisa Lee has more.
