Flooding still impacting parts of France after Hurricane Kirk remnants lashed western Europe

Parts of France remain cut off after Hurricane Kirk swept the country. The worst of the storm has passed - but floodwaters around Paris and Versailles are expected to peak today. The ex-hurricane also drenched Belgium - but the country was spared any damage. One person has been killed as a result of the weather system.
