Hurricane Milton is approaching Tampa Bay, Florida, and is projected to make landfall Wednesday night Oct. 9. Nearly 6 million residents in 11 counties are now under evacuation orders. Tampa Mayor Jane Castor warns that Milton may collect debris from Hurricane Helene, which struck two weeks ago, increasing the risks.
