Florida ‘lucky’ to have avoided more severe impact of Hurricane Milton, says expert
Hurricane Milton ripped a ruinous path across the state of Florida, killing at least 10 people after making landfall. Authorities say the state was able to avoid the worst-case scenario but warned the death toll could rise further. The storm also knocked out power for millions of people.
