FOCAC a sample for Latin American countries' cooperation with China: Cuban journalist

"The U.S. says to some Latin American countries: Don't cooperate with China," but Latin American countries think otherwise, said Isaura Diez, a journalist with Cuba's Prensa Latina news agency.
