Food Bill to create National reserve and regulate vendors

The Food and Nutrition Bill, once processed and passed into law, will require the government to establish a national food reserve, whose mandate will be to guard against food shortfalls caused by emergencies. However, it will also criminalize homeowners who fail to put in place household food reserves for their families. The Bill is also seeking to regulate both large and small food vending restaurants.
