For AR Kids seeks ballot change, faces opposition from Opportunity Arkansas

For AR Kids, a group working to get signatures to add a vote to the November 2024 ballot that would amend the Arkansas Constitution Education Article is pushing for changes like accessible Pre-K education and holding private schools receiving public funds to the same standards as public schools. Another group, Opportunity Arkansas opposes some of the proposed changes for reasons like funding and religious freedom.
