Former Conservative leadership candidate, testifies about alleged Indian interference in Canada

Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown, who ran against Pierre Poilievre in the federal Conservative leadership race in 2022, was summoned before a House of Commons committee investigating allegations of foreign interference by India. Indian government agents attempted to hurt Brown’s campaign for the Tory leadership, according to a Radio-Canada report.
