Former Migori Governor, family, and 11 others face trial over alleged theft of public funds

In today’s hearing before Chief Magistrate Victor Wakumile, the first Prosecution Witness (PW1), an EACC Investigating Officer, will explain to the Court how the fraudulent scheme by the former Governor and the 11 other accused persons, including his four children and county officials, was planned and executed.
