Former US president Donald Trump has been found guilty in 34 counts of falsifying business documents and is set to face sentencing in July. There will be an appeal to the state-level appeals court and possibly could go to the Supreme Court. According to sentencing guidelines, without a previous conviction, former US president Donald Trump would qualify for a Class E felony, which is a low class, meaning he should not be getting any jail time, says Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen. "It is up to the discretion of the judge in the end," she said.
