Former prime minister of Lebanon accuses Israel of committing war crimes

Former prime minister of Lebanon Fouad Siniora joined Sky News to discuss the ongoing crisis in the country. He said he believes Lebanon is already a failed state and could collapse completely unless there is a ceasefire and a full implementation of the UN resolution reinforced back in 2006. If not he predicts a very dire future for Lebanon. He also accused Israel of committing war crimes, giving the recent attack on UN peacekeepers as one example.
