Former Singapore president Tony Tan launches autobiography about career in politics

Former Singapore president Tony Tan has launched a new autobiography about his career in politics. The book also gives an inside look into national policy changes. Among them is how Dr Tan faced the challenging task of cutting the CPF contribution rate in the mid-1980s. Sabrina Ng reports.
