Fort portal hospital to get Satelite Laboratory that is International recognized

The Uganda COVID-19 Response, Emergency and Preparedness Project UCREPP is to commission a Satellite Laboratory at Fort portal Regional Referral Hospital by January 2025 with aim of focusing on improving detection of diseases and diagnostic services. Over 9 districts and city in the Rwezori region are to benefit from the state of Art laboratory which will be recognized internationally and results accepted globally.
