Forum on job creation in green & blue economy underway

Government is intensifying its efforts to respond to the global climate crisis and to ensure citizens are equipped to respond to the changes that it brings. This morning, several high ranking officials gathered at the Barbados Hilton for the start of the national symposium on 'The Just Transition and Job Creation in the Green and Blue Economy'. The three-day session is being held in conjunction with the International Labour Organisation and the UN Partnership for Action on Green Economy. Our Reanne Phillips attended and filed this report.
