An emotional balloon release was held at the memorial site for Wynter Cole-Smith on the anniversary of when her body was found in Detroit, an M80 firework was shot at Dearborn police officers the evening of July 4th and fireworks are suspected as a family lost their home in a fire in Chesterfield.
