‘Freedom Convoy’ organizer Pat King found guilty of mischief

One of the most prominent figures of the so-called “Freedom Convoy” was found guilty Friday in connection to the 2022 protests that brought downtown Ottawa to a standstill. Pat King was found guilty on five charges including mischief and disobeying a court order. King was among the organizers of a massive demonstration that rolled into the capital in 2022 as a weeks-long protest against COVID-19 public health restrictions and vaccine mandates.
