Fresh drink stalls modify offerings to comply with Nutri-Grade requirements

From controlling sugar levels to creating new menus. Stalls that prepare drinks from scratch are modifying how they are made, in order to meet a nutrition labelling requirement that kicks in this Saturday. They said it will help them continue to offer flavourful products, even as they serve up healthier options.
