Friendly Neighbourhood Awards: Daryl Lim, Emily Ang on community initiatives in their estates

New measures have been proposed to address severe noise disputes among neighbours. A new Community Relations Unit and mandatory mediation will be part of a new law to be introduced later this year. At the other end of the spectrum, there are communities that have activities to promote neighbourliness. Mr Daryl Lim from West Terra @ Hong Kah North and Ms Emily Ang from Toa Payoh East Zone 6 shared more about initiatives in their estates that won Singapore's Friendly Neighbourhood Awards last year.
