Full Police Chase: Woman in stolen Kia bails from car, tries to hitchhike

A driver behind the wheel of a stolen Kia Soul was speeding down the freeway, surface streets and a parking lot, sometimes going in opposite lanes, as a police helicopter tracked the white vehicle. She eventually bailed from the car and tried to flag down drivers along the side of the road.
