Future of Afghanistan: Women's Fear New Taliban Decrees as Rights Erode

Taliban skips UN meeting, erodes women's rights, hinders economic revival. The UN reports that women's rights are being drastically eroded, with 745 Afghan women fearing punishment at the announcement of every new Taliban decree.
