G20 Summit: Sustaining economic growth key to fighting poverty, says Singapore PM

Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong has said that fostering economic growth through open trade and investment is key to tackling poverty worldwide. At the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro, he also spoke about the importance of preparing workers for new job opportunities and added that Singapore would be happy to share its approach to workforce development.
