Gachagua Urges International Community to Pressure President Ruto Over IEBC Appointment

Former Deputy President Rigathi has asked the international community to put pressure on President William Ruto and the Kenya Kwanza Government to constitute the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC saying that the government is going against the Kligler report that says the IEBC is supposed to be put in place two years to the general elections.
