‘Game changer’: Parramatta Light Rail opens in Sydney

The long-awaited Parramatta Light Rail has opened after years of construction and delays. Locals gathered before sunrise to be among the first passengers on the inaugural service. New South Wales Deputy Premier Prue Car has declared the light rail a “game changer” for Western Sydney.
