Gas the only form of energy to ‘bridge the gap’ for an ‘increasingly unreliable’ grid

Gas and energy expert Saul Kavonic says gas is the only thing which can “bridge the gap” for an “increasingly unreliable” energy grid. “Gas is what’s needed to basically be there when the rest of the market isn’t,” he told Sky News host Steve Price. “Keep in mind, this isn’t just about the power sector, it’s about Australia’s manufacturing, tens of thousands of jobs are depending on this and it’s about keeping us warm in winter.”
