Some Gauteng children NGOs have had to turn kids away due to lack of food. 62 that take care of children living with HIV and orphans are on the verge of shutting down due to lack of funding. NPOs are urging Social Development MEC Faith Mazibuko to sign service level agreements so they'll be paid.
