GBV Epidemic |107 helping those in need

There seems to be no end in sight to the violence against women in South Africa. The City of Cape Town’s Public Emergency Communication Centre dealt with over 4,000 incidents of domestic violence between July last year and June this year. That's besides the more than 200-thousand appeals for assistance in cases ranging from medical to noise complaints, fires, criminal acts and even barking dogs. eNCA'S Ayesha Ismail reports.
