Gen. Mbadi and G. Kabyanga express gratitude to Museveni for their appointments as Ministers

President Yoweri Museveni has officiated at the thanksgiving rally of Gen. Wilson Mbasu Mbadi, the State Minister for Trade, Industry, and Cooperatives, and ICT and National Guidance State Minister Godfrey Kabyanga. The rally, which also featured Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, the Minister for ICT and National Guidance, took place at Kaguta Grounds in Nyakatonzi Sub-county, Kasese District.
