Gen. Museveni tells officers not to regard army as a job

774 officer cadets, who completed their one-year training course at the Basic Military Training School Kaweweta, have been commissioned by President Yoweri Museveni. Out of the 774 students, 28 were drawn from Tanzania and Mali.
