George building collapse | Technical factors of disaster being assessed

The Labour Department is digging through the technical factors of the George building collapse. Thirty-four workers died in the tragedy. The Western Cape government says CCTV footage shows that some left the site before emergency workers arrived, and to date have not reported their whereabouts. eNCA's Kevin Brandt reports. #dstv403
