Global IT outage: Self-service check-in counters at Changi Airport progressively resuming

An outage in Microsoft's cloud services and related apps caused a massive IT glitch, crashing computer systems around the world. Airports, hospitals and businesses have been affected, with their computers shut down or unable to access networks. In Singapore, Changi Airport has not been spared, but self-service check-in counters are now progressively resuming. Syahida Othman speaks to CNA's Sherlyn Seah on the impact on flights and how both airport staff and affected passengers are handling the disruptions.
