In tonight’s top story: While the rest of Canada is used to snow, southwestern British Columbia isn't, and a serious dump of heavy, wet snow has brought that region to a standstill. Also, in southern Ontario, a cold snap is plunging temperatures — further jeopardizing the safety of vulnerable and unhoused people.
