The House Quad Committee has summoned an aide of Sen. Bong Go known as "Muking", who was allegedly involved in a supposed reward system for killings in President Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war. Go, who had served as Duterte’s special assistant, denied the anti-narcotics campaign employed a rewards system.
