‘Good time’ for buyers and sellers as housing market looks to be ‘very balanced’

Ray White AKG Group CEO Avi Khan says the housing market looks to be “very balanced” this month. “I think there’s something in there for buyers and for sellers alike so it’s a good time to buy, it’s a good time to sell, it’s a very balanced market,” he told Sky News Australia. “I would say to the first home buyers out there, don’t limit your searches to one or two suburbs, look at eight or seven different suburbs that you can buy into.”
