Gov. DeSantis warns of major evacuations to come as Hurricane Milton nears Florida

As Hurricane Milton approaches, Gov. Ron DeSantis joined the Florida Division of Emergency Management (DEM) on Monday morning, stating that residents should prepare for evacuations today. Milton is continuing to get stronger in the Gulf of Mexico. Currently, it's a category 4 hurricane with winds of 150 mph as of October 7.
