Gov’t ready to upscale science teaching in schools

The government is looking to scale up an initiative by teachers to improve the learning of sciences under the lower secondary revised curriculum. Innovators under Science Teaching and Innovation Africa have developed cost-effective and easy-to-use laboratories for schools. The laboratory aides also come with the lower secondary competence-based kit that allows learners to acquire knowledge or learn, even if they are not supported by teachers.
